Real Estate

Real Estate closings are increasingly complex.  Our role as your real estate attorney and paralegals is to comprehensively represent and protect you throughout the entire process.  Our services include the handling of all aspects of Real Estate closings, representing you as the Buyer or the Seller.  That includes representing the Seller for Closings, meeting and corresponding with the Seller, reviewing and assisting with the execution of closing documents and the return of executed closing documents to the closing attorney.  We can also manage your mortgage refinances and Home Equity Loans.  Finally we can represent and counsel you for 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and the use of LLCs and Trusts as part of your estate strategy.  Contract negotiations, the preparation of short  and long term Leases and House Share Agreements are part of the real estate related services we provide.

Estate Planning

Our role as your estate planning attorney is to help you plan the distribution of your assets, determine who will fill the critical roles during your life and administration of your estate, and execute a plan that will accomplish all of your goals. A comprehensive estate plan provides you, your spouse, and your family with peace of mind and security.

We will prepare health care directives, powers of attorney, wills, and livings trusts to achieve your objectives and leave clear guidelines for your family members. Advanced planning options include limited liability companies, life insurance trusts, retirement plan trusts, and spousal limited access trusts.

Company Law

Klein Law Group is able to assist with a number of corporate legal matters, including formation of limited liability companies (LLC), annual maintenance, and registered agent services. We will advise you through the start of your new business and arm you with all the documents and tools you need to flourish.

Our annual maintenance program, Company Compliance, ensures your company is up to date with state requirements and always in good standing. Navigating requirements from the IRS, Georgia Secretary of State, and other organizations can be a challenge, but we are here to help.

Probate

The Probate process can be confusing, time consuming, and emotionally draining. Our goal is to simplify the process and provide our clients with all the tools they need to manage their role as executor, trustee, or administrator. We will prepare the necessary petitions, coordinate with all heirs and beneficiaries, arrange a hearing with the Probate Court in Chatham County, and create tax identification numbers for the estate or trust.
